Upon your arrival at Alexandria Burg El Arab Airport , our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal , holding a sign with your name . You’ll be transported in a private car to your hotel , the Four Seasons Alexandria Hotel or a similar accommodation . Once you arrive at the hotel , our representative will assist you with the check-in process and ensure you have everything you need for your trip . You’ll also have the opportunity to review your itinerary for the upcoming days . Today , you can relax at the hotel and unwind before your exciting journey begins tomorrow .

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel , your day in Alexandria will begin with a visit to Pompey's Pillar a monumental structure built in honor of Emperor Diocletian , originally from the temple of the god Serapis. This impressive pillar once rivaled both the Soma and the Caesarean . Next , you’ll explore the Catacombs, the largest Roman cemetery in the world. Afterward , you’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria before visiting the Qaitbay Citadel , constructed on the site of the ancient lighthouse. Its impressive architecture offers a glimpse into Egypt’s rich history . Finally , you’ll be transferred back to your hotel to relax after a day of exploration . Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before embarking on your Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum, tours . Your tour guide will meet you at the hotel lounge in Alexandria to begin a wonderful day in Cairo . You’ll visit the three pyramids of Kings Khufu , Chephren, and Mecernius . The largest, the Pyramid of Khufu, was built by his father Sneferu and mother Queen Hattab Haras I. Known as the greatest structure on Earth , Khufu's pyramid is a marvel of ancient engineering . Next, you'll see the Pyramid of Chephren (Khafre) , followed by the smallest of the three , the Pyramid of Mecernius (Menkaure) . You'll also encounter the iconic Sphinx , a majestic statue with the body of a lion and the head of a human, which guards the entire pyramid complex . Close by is the Valley Temple , where the king's body was mummified. It’s time for lunch at one of our local restaurants before heading to the Egyptian Museum . Located in Tahrir Square , the museum features two floors filled with over 160,000 rare archaeological artifacts, including mummies of Egypt's pharaohs . After your visit , we will transfer you back to Alexandria for a restful night at your hotel.
